Bio
Even as a little child Beth always had the enthusiasm to draw with her imagination and with her Crayola pack and coloring books. She was never interested in staying in the lines, but enjoyed the process that came with it. During her teens she began to learn to embroider and work with textiles which has become a joy to work into her artistic style.
Beth ‘s desire to draw and paint was very strong during a difficult time in her life and she became self-taught, going to library and checking out books and searching for workshops on DVDs. She was inspired by the French Impressionists and learning to express emotion on her canvases.
Her unique style and personal inspiration always seems to be “different” from her artistic colleagues. Beth has built her craft in oil, acrylics, mixed media, textiles and now lino cut printing. Her joy is portrait and abstract.
Beth has displayed her art in galleries, sold to private homes around the world and has awards in different competitions through out her career.
Now living in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2016 she enjoys spending time with family and being apart of an art community that inspires her.
