Emerald Color Story: Our Emerald color-way holds a special meaning, inspired by a beautiful Gretsch electric guitar owned by co-founder Daniel C. Silvers III.

When Ben and I first came up with our ‘Have You Not Heard?’ hat idea, we started with the Honey color. We love the Honey, but we thought there should be another color to complement it. We were sitting there, discussing different colors, but nothing felt right…

As we sat there, unsure, I was playing the electric guitar Daniel’s family gave me back in 2021, shortly after he passed away. Ben looked at me, then at my guitar, then back at me, and said, ‘I have an idea.’ That was the birth of our Emerald ‘Have You Not Heard?’ color-way. Even three years after Daniel’s passing, his God-driven spirit (and style) continues to inspire this brand.
